Ron McVey is running for the position of Justice of the Peace for Hidalgo County's Precinct 1, Place 1 in 2024. With a deep belief in progress and a commitment to community service, Ron aims to make a positive impact on the county he has proudly called home for 48 years.

With a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from UT-Pan Am and over 30 years of experience across public, private, and healthcare sectors, Ron brings a diverse set of skills to his candidacy.
